Barb attended Lancaster County Career and Technology School and has significant executive office administrative experience. Barb has excellent computer and organizational skills, along with a thorough understanding of Austill’s office functions. |

She attended Nassau Community College and joined Austill’s in 2005. Prior to Austill’s, Tina served as Executive Director of a non-profit children’s services organization. |

Lynn is the Executive Administrative Assistant for Becky Austill-Clausen, MS, OTR/L, FAOTA, Austill’s President. Lynn earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Millersville University and has extensive experience in office administration and executive support management since 1993. Lynn joined Austill’s in 2003 and served as a member of the management team of Special Olympics in Lancaster County for 15 years. She is currently President of the Board of Directors of Downtown Ephrata, Inc. |

She joined Austill’s in 2008 and previously worked in two school districts as an Instructional Assistant to school-age students with autism and multiple disabilities. Michelle has extensive office experience. |
