Directions

1. From Pennsylvania Turnpike:

Get off at Exit 312 (Downingtown – Old Exit 23) and take Rt. 100 South.
Go 3.7 miles and take a right at the light at Waterloo Blvd. and Swedesford Rd. Travel for ½ mile. Take a left into The Commons at Lincoln Center. Drive around to the right, towards the front of The Commons. We are the big white farmhouse on your left.

2. From Rt. 30 and Rt. 100 Intersection, Exton:

Head West (towards Downingtown) on Lincoln Highway (commonly referred to as Business Rt. 30) for ½ mile. You will pass White Glove Car Wash on your left. Immediately after Otta BMW - Exton car dealership on your right, take a right into The Commons at Lincoln Center. We are the big white farmhouse immediately in front of you.

3. From Philadelphia:

Take I-76 West to Exit for Route 202 South/West Chester.
Go 202 South to Exit for Frazer/Downingtown Exit and then Exit 30 West Downingtown/Coatesville (this is one exit, which splits in two directions).
Go to first Exit Route 100 Exton (Pottstown Pike).
Go through 3-4 very quick lights until you reach a busy intersection.
At this traffic light, make a left onto Lincoln Highway (commonly referred to as Business Rt. 30) and follow directions #2 above.

4. From Pottstown/Phoenixville:

Take Rt. 100 South continuing past the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
Follow instructions #1 above.

5. From Lancaster/Coatesville:

Take Rt. 30 Bypass East to Lancaster Avenue, Business Rt. 30. At exit ramp, take a right at the light. Take another right at the next light onto Business Rt. 30 East. Travel about 2 miles, going through 6-7 lights. Take a left into The Commons at Lincoln Center. We are the big white farmhouse immediately in front of you.

6. From Delaware County:

Take Rt. 3 West to Rt. 202 North.
Go 202 North to 100 North to 30 West Exton.
Travel approximately 3-5 miles on Rt. 100 North. Go through 4-5 lights until you reach a busy intersection.
At this traffic light, make a left onto Lincoln Highway (commonly referred to as Business Rt. 30) and follow
directions #2 above.

7. From Wilmington:

Take I-95 to Rt. 202 North.
Go 202 North to 100 North to 30 West Exton.
Go approximately 3-5 miles on 100 North. Go through 4-5 lights until you reach a busy intersection.
At this traffic light, make a left onto Lincoln Highway (commonly referred to as Business Rt. 30) and follow
directions #2 above.
